1) Upload an image to the internet / image hosting sites ( www.imageshack.us /photobucket.com )2) Copy the uploaded image url
3) Go to your profile in forum , edit signature
4)Type [code][Img]"paste the image url here"[/Img][/code]

I tried freeimageupload.com link. It doesn't work. But i found 1 thing, the code must be in big alphabet.Example-->

Any others way to do it?
